Organised my wedding event at Chancellor Club and it was a fabulous experience,the services were awesome and the food was just mouthwatering.

Avoid at all Costs! Terrible Experience. We recently hosted four functions at Chancellor's Club across three venues and booked 14 rooms. Here's a detailed breakdown: Haldi Function: Despite prior requests for a yellow-themed decoration, we were met with a totally white decoration, minimal effort and a poorly maintained pool area filled with trash. Mehendi and Sangeet Banquet: Booked Dhol, which we paid for in advance, never arrived, ruining the event. Wedding Day Disaster: Venue changed without notification, stage placement was chaotic, and no lights during evening. Hygiene standards were terrible, with flies around the food. Payment Hassle: Demanding balance payment during the vidai during midnight 1:05 am, threatening job termination to his employee if we didn't comply. Room Nightmares: Leaky bathrooms, broken tiles, missing amenities, and no room service.

The services were not upto the mark and the catering done by them was really weak.

Excellent food and very accommodating vendors. My wedding guests could not stop raving about the vast and myriad items provided to them during my 2-day event. They provide decor services and venue as well, but my wedding was held at a different venue. Yash their decorator is excellent, polite and extremely professional. I gave him all the ideas, and it couldn’t have been better executed by Yash. Highly recommended! Information provided about pricing needs to be updated though.

wrong information are being provided, the actual price are way more than the mentioned amount, I visited this place today for the price as shown on the website and they handed me a quotation of 900/- and 1050/- plus extra for decor and other things

best destination with great food and ambience. the decoration was great. The food is outstanding. staff is helpful and accomodating.
