The staff was exceptionally courteous and attentive, making sure every guest felt welcome and comfortable. From decor to hospitality, everything was handled with great care and professionalism. The food was another highlight – a delicious spread with a wide variety of dishes that catered to every taste. We planned our destination wedding here and it was mesmerising experience. Everything was super nice, well planned. Staff was helpful and very polite. And the management was really good. All the themes, color coordination, setup space were pre discussed. And the food here is definitely a cherry on top, really top notch. We had all our wedding functions here—Mehendi, Sagan, Haldi, and the Shaadi—and each event was beautifully managed. What really stood out for us was the support we got from the resort senior staff. The cherry on top of the cake is the highly cooperative and considerate nature of the resort GM Mr. khushal Negi ji and his team. From making you feel welcomed right at the entrance, to the super delicious food prepared by them to the beautiful atmosphere the property offers.. everything is top notch. The maintenance and cleanliness of the rooms says a lot about the property as a whole.
