Scam Banquet Hall... very bad experience with this hall owner Rupesh uttekar asked for 50k deposit before 2 hrs of wedding. We booked it 3 months back where it was discussed for 20k and we had written reciept as well. worst service. worst customer relationship

DISGUSTING & PATHETIC EXPERIENCE. 😡 Do NOT — I repeat, DO NOT — spoil your big day by booking this horrible hall. This venue is a complete scam. They take your full payment and then give you nothing in return. Not even the basic dignity of proper service. The bride and groom rooms were a nightmare — the AC was leaking nonstop, the washrooms had NO flush, and the entire place was so dirty that it was embarrassing to even stand there. And even after repeatedly begging them to clean the ground-floor food area, they shamelessly ignored us. And the worst part? They charged us an extra cleaning amount, yet STILL did zero cleaning. Absolutely fraudulent behaviour. We booked this place in June through Nitesh Lokhande (Owner) after clearly explaining every requirement. We paid the full amount as per the quotation and trusted them when they promised to deliver all services. We were relaxed for our November wedding thinking everything was set. But then comes the biggest shock — on 25th October, Rupesh Utekar called us and started threatening us verbally, saying things like: “Main ye shaadi nahi hone dunga, hall nahi dunga.” This was just days before our wedding. The stress, panic and emotional damage caused by this behaviour is unimaginable. Even after sorting it out and paying the increased amount they demanded, they still couldn’t provide the basic services they promised months ago. This place is unprofessional, dirty, unreliable, and mentally exhausting. Save yourself the trauma and book your big day wisely. This hall will only ruin it.

“We hosted our wedding at Crystal Banquet, Thane, with 400 guests. The arrangements were excellent, the service was smooth, and the overall experience was truly memorable. Highly recommended for large gatherings.

I recently hosted my daughter's birthday here,all the services were really top notch,decor and catering were awesome and also the staff was really professional.
