If i have to speak bluntly about the services of devam green ,it would be : Better to get married in Temple or court marriage but don't book devam green for any function. They keep on admiring their decor company but in the end they expect you to stick mostly what they suggest you for decor. They did end up commenting on wrong choices of your lehenga colour .Can u believe that!! They r telling you that you should have chosen pastel colour for lehenga!!!! The food !!!! It was so bad so bad , so unorganised that my mother was not even in pictures because she herself was roaming here n there as their catering team was not bothered to refill the pot and serving food to our guests.Honestly , i got so negative remarks from all the guest from both partyand so shameful for us as a host. Highly unprofessional attitude. The manager as well the person managing catering wa snot reachable on the day of evem for hours . Most of our guest left without having proper food leaving plates empty. They were not bothered to inform where they kept jaimala. My juniors and relatives were running around looking for it while i was going toward stage. everytime we went for food tasting , we found party fighting and arguing with them about poor co-ordination. When it happened in my own marriage .... i realised I made the biggest worst decision of my life by hooking this place.

Excellent place. Very well managed. Attended a family ceremony hosted at one of their banquets. Banquet is aesthetic and spacious n washrooms neat and clean. Courteous staff and quality food.

We booked Devam Greens for 21 January 2023 for our wedding. When we started the booking process in October we were promised a lot of things. Good food and good decoration were on top of their list. We wanted a day wedding with evening reception, which initially we were promised without any issues. With time we decided on the decoration and tried food and decided on food as well. Everything so far was going good. Now, they took all the amount before the wedding, keeping no balance for later so we couldn't say anything to them after the wedding for their shortcomings. They charged 90k for extra real flowers but they weren't visible at the venue. The color combination that was decided for the venue was completely changed by them and when I asked about it, Sameer (owner) was nowhere to be seen and the manager wasn't giving any proper response. Food was not bad but, we specifically asked for good quality Mutton and on the contrary we got stale Mutton. All of our guests and family members complained but the waisters simply didn't care. Being the groom I didn't have the time to ask for the manager or the owner but it was very sad. All in all: 1. Even after food tasting their final food at the wedding was disappointing. 2. They are very proud of their decor but they didn't put any effort for our wedding even though the theme and inspiration was decided already. Color combination of peach and champagne gold was decided and when we reached the venue, we would see magenta and peach color everywhere. 3. Their payment term only benefits them and we as customers get the short end of the stick. 4. Sameer was okay with everything we asked for initially and later added charges on everything we had asked for earlier and we couldn't even back off because they had already taken more than half the amount by then. 5. The only thing that went well, they charged us 6k extra for the jaimala we wanted and they delivered it to us as promised.
