Very happy with our sangeet at Club Beryl. The venue is beautiful and the food was delicious. My only feedback is regarding portion control at the chaat counter - it ran out a bit fast and required replenishment. Staff handled it quickly but I think for 300 guests they should plan more buffer quantities. Overall a wonderful evening and a great luxury venue in Haryana.

However the event timing got pushed by about 45 minutes due to some coordination issues between the decor team and the kitchen. The manager handled it with apologies and resolved things. Giving this rating only because of the decorator scam that happens at Emaar Club Beryl. At this property the decoration charges are extra above the bill you clear with emaar for catering rooms etc. Now in the fine prints is this scam that you cannot hire any outside decorator or event managers, Emaar has these two shitty pathetic teams od decorators namely- AMAN(head) and Mansi, and the second is AASTHA. Now both of them were equally terrible but we went ahead with Aman Raza because his quotation included things like varmala. Aastha ate my head and said completely disgusting stuff like- ' to fit in under your budget you tell me what can i remove- shall i remove the stage', and "the other decorator toh muslim hai unhe toh aata bhi nahi humare shaadi me kya hota blah blah". Cheap. Now with what Aman gave us, he shat on the wedding stage. These two- Aman and Mansi will show you stuff in the same ppt they forward to everyone. And yet fail to give you what you've given a go ahead on. Change the table centrepiece to something else, literally spoiled my family's entire mood when we saw the stage because they copy images from pinterest but give you such terrible decor- and all that at a time when you cant even ask them to change. they wont start decorating in the morning, they do it when all of your family is busy in either getting ready or just when the baraat is ready to arrive and when you notice they play- 'now there is no time to do anything'. Assholes, would never recommend. I loved the staff and hospitality and food at Club Beryl but Emaar needs to choose better than these rats in the name of decorators. You pay hefty amount in lakhs and they don't even give you a detailed price breakup of where your money is going so you could hold them accountable. Used all cheap artificial flowers on the wedding stage when they charged lakhs. To top it all, started harassing us with calls asking for balance payment when we were busy welcoming the baraat, which we would have paid even in the evening when we were free but they didnt ask then, only asked when the function had started. They looted us, didn't even refund some amount we paid extra. These assholes have no humanity and will destroy your memories of a special day. Book Emaar but stay aware on the name of these decorators!!!!

We booked this hotel for our wedding ceremonies hoping for a smooth and memorable experience, but it turned out to be quite disappointing. 1. Rude and Unprofessional Staff: Most of the staff were rude and lacked basic hospitality. It felt like they just weren’t interested in helping or being courteous to our guests. 2. Terrible Event Management: They clearly have no experience handling events. There was zero coordination among their team — even small things like getting an extension cord or an extra mattress took hours. 3. Low-Quality Catering and Dishonest Practices: The food quality wasn’t up to the mark, and they tried to overcharge by replacing quarter plates with full plates for snacks — just to increase the billing. 4. No Response to Feedback: We raised our concerns during the event, but no one from management took them seriously. There was no senior staff member available to take responsibility or help resolve issues. 5. Payment Demands Before Service: They insisted on full advance payment even for basic things like tea or snacks before delivering anything — which felt unprofessional and unnecessary, especially during an ongoing event. I’d recommend others to be cautious and look for more reliable options.

Extremely bad experience. Whatever positive reviews you are seeing are definitely sponsored. I held my son's reception here on 7th March 2024 and had my reputation soiled. It is a gang of cheats who operates here. There is no coordination among the team and everyone tells lies. False promises are made at the drop of a hat. Our interaction started with Vaibhav who handed us over to Sudhir Bhandari. Once things were settled and advances paid, we thought a good job will be done. In spite of all things being in writing nothing was done as per the promise. The venue was not given as promised. The decoration was pathetic and not as per the plan discussed with us. Aman, the decorator came to the site at 7 PM in the evening and said : sir what can I do now. I have come just now. Sudhir Bhandari took his payment and vanished. His managers Abhishek and Maninder made life hell for us. Their estimate of the size of venue for the number of people was completely off the mark. The venue was crowded as hell when the guests came. Compete menu was not served. Cold snacks were served and service was very poor. We had to beg Maninder for the drinks which were to be paid as per consumption basis. Dinner was served late and was cold. I was a complete hell, and even though two of my friends were trying to manage things, the team as well as managers were completely un professional and rude. Afterwards also nobody asked us for a feedback and Vaibhav, who had initiated the process, when contacted, said that he was on leave. In fact the entire team does not deserve to be in this business. Their attitude is that of small cheating shopkeepers. Please do not book this venue at any cost.

At first appearance, it appears to be a tiny golf club. However, if you look around a bit, you will also discover a restaurant, hotel rooms, gym, and a conference hall—and sure, these are as pricey.
