We booked Ellaa Hotel for our engagement and since we're not from hyderabad it was difficult for us to be in constant touch with them but they were so cooperative and handled everything so smoothly, the food was by them too and it was wonderful. They didn't nag us or kept on calling us. We literally didn't have to worry about a thing.
