Emerald Multipurpose Hall

The catering service named "Annapurna Catering" suggested by emerald manager was worst experience. The quality of food was cheap not upto the mark but still charged double.food was maximum of 250 rs quality and charged 550 rupee. . Also refused to give water in packed bottle. The waiters were not serving well. Catering owner was very rude. He manipulated number of eaters and cheated me for 50000 rupee. People hiring this hall must choose caterer very carefully.

The staff is too arrogant, never book any function in this banquet. The price is too high but the quality is not good. The doors do not have locks, no safe to store valuables, cupboards don't have keys, toilets are not clean, basins are choked up, no soap and toothpaste in bathroom. No packaged drinking water during GBS outbreak. They don't have akshada also to distribute they told us to arrange. The beds are not maintained properly. We asked for extra beds and bedsheets at 12:00 am at night but the store keeper/function organiser said do whatever you want and shut the door on our face. The caterer kept on telling to eat early as they had other program to attend but they have to arrange something in this case. It's very rude for a banquet to behave with customers in this manner after making a full payment in advance. We felt our function is not spent well worth the amount we spent. Mumbai banquets are quite good compared to price of this banquet (similar to Mumbai) and the service is worst I have ever seen.

Recently, we hosted a celebration for perhaps 200–250 guests at Emerald Banquet Hall. All of the services offered by Emerald Team were extraordinary. In order to make the occasion more stunning, they meticulously worked on every single detail of it. Meal always plays a significant part in events, and I want to thank Pinky's Catering Services for the fantastic starting and food service. Food was of the highest possible quality. Everyone who attended the occasion enjoyed the meal. Finally, I'll give my family and friends a referral to Emerald Hall and Pinky's kitchen service.
