We celebrated one of the most special moments of our family — my brother’s wedding — at Gayatri Vihar, Bangalore, on 4–5 December 2025, and our hearts are filled with gratitude and happiness when we think about those two beautiful days. A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Pankaj Kothari and Jignesh bhai for taking such amazing care of every single detail. They didn’t just organize an event — they helped create memories that our family will cherish forever. From the stunning decorations that made the venue look magical, to the delicious food that every guest appreciated, to the flawless arrangements of all wedding facilities — everything was truly beyond what we had imagined. What touched us the most was their warmth, dedication, and personal involvement. They made us feel supported at every step and ensured we could be fully present in the joy of the celebrations without any stress. We are deeply thankful to the entire team for making my brother’s wedding so beautiful, smooth, and unforgettable. Gayatri Vihar will always hold a special place in our hearts.

In areas where we didn’t have clarity, they guided us effortlessly. They were also refreshingly honest with their feedback on our food menu and activity selections—drawing from their experience of hosting thousands of events and having a clear sense of what works and what doesn’t. I hosted my wedding reception in the garden area, and it truly felt like a dream. The space is stunning, with warm lighting and tasteful décor that creates a magical ambience. The cool Bangalore evenings, paired with an expansive and delicious food spread, made the experience truly memorable. All our guests were extremely impressed by both the food and the ambience. They also curated thoughtful guest engagement activities such as tattoos, mehendi, and photo booths, which kept kids and adults alike happily engaged throughout the event. The venue has ample parking space and can comfortably host a very large number of guests, making logistics completely stress-free. What truly set them apart was their attention to detail and genuine care. For the reception, the team even set up a small fire to keep guests warm—entirely on their own initiative. As part of the wedding, I hosted multiple events across different venues and vendors, and Gayathri Vihar was by far my best experience. This was the only place where the entire team waited for the main hosts to have dinner before wrapping up. They thoughtfully set up a special table for the bride and groom at the far end of the venue after all the guests had left, and patiently served the food they remembered we particularly liked. That level of warmth, patience, and personalization is rare and deeply touching. Jignesh, the manager, had confidently told me to simply wear my suit and come to the venue—everything else would be taken care of. True to his word, that’s exactly the experience I had: a stress-free, beautifully executed celebration that we will always cherish.

Had my son's wedding reception in Dec 25. Excellent food, ambience, decor. However, they seriously need to change their photographer. He has hardly captured any images of the first families. It's the most basic job than can't be overlooked.

I got married at Gayathri Vihar on 26th Nov 2025. We were extremely nervous on how the entire wedding will turn up as it was the first wedding of the generation. But the entire team at Gayathri Bihar came to our rescue and did such a fabulous job. Right from helping us finalise the decor theme,menu, entries to going out of their way to ensure the family gets the comfort and satisfaction before and during the wedding day, it’s a dream team to work with! Considering they have a big parking space and is in the city limits, it was hassle free for our guests to reach the venue. They have comfortable rooms in the property itself. Tie up with the team without a second thought and you’ll not have to worry about any other vendor/ any other wedding related detail. From artist, photographer, food, decor everything was taken care professionally. Not a single change was missed. Forever grateful for this team for giving us a memorable wedding day!

Recently had my daughter's reception in Palace ground Gayatri Vihar and it was an incredible experience. From decor to food to photography and fun everything was taken care very well. The process was very comfortable as everything including the wedding garlands and cake was taken care of. The team also also very understanding as all our requests were accommodated in systemised meetings before the reception. Guests were very happy with the food and the ambience too.

I had my sons wedding at this venue about two weeks ago. We were referred to this venue through an acquaintance and met the owners three or four times over six months to plan the event. They are very organised in their operation and very professional in approach. We sat through two or three planning sessions and concluded on the theme. They delivered exactly on what was agreed. Decorations were spot on. It looked grand but also graceful. There was a lot of help in terms of man power on the day. I can’t describe the quality and variety of food on offer. Invariably all the guests gave raving reviews. Several guests were from overseas and they also had exceptionally good things to say. I recommend this venue to anybody and would choose the same venue for another wedding in the family

It was my son's wedding and we were all so tense not sure what to expect. I was so spot on in choosing the above location as the ambience, food, music, entertainment was so beautifully planned and executed that we as parents could just relax and enjoy the function.
