We had the absolute privilege of celebrating our daughter Piyusha’s wedding with Omkar at Gharkul Lawns, Pune, on December 11th, along with a spectacular Sangeet event the night before. Mr. Yatnalkar’s leadership, vision, and personal involvement ensured that not only were all expectations met, but they were exceeded in ways we never imagined. His team, including Baliram, Amogh, and Thite madam, worked with dedication and warmth, making sure that every guest felt special. A Culinary Extravaganza: Food That Left Everyone in Awe! Food is the heart of any Indian wedding, and Gharkul Lawns delivered a feast fit for royalty! For the Sangeet night, the menu was a gastronomic delight: ? Mocktails that stole the show: The Jamun Shots and Blue Lagoon were beautifully crafted and incredibly refreshing. ? Appetizers to remember: The Paneer Angara and Sesame Fingers were bursting with flavors, while the Tandoor and Greek salads added a refreshing balance. The chat corner featuring fresh Hurda (roasted jowar) was a unique touch that guests absolutely loved! ? Desserts that melted in the mouth: The Akrod Anjir Kunda, Dry Fruit Rabadi, Thande Gulab Ki Kheer, Coconut Kulfi, and Dutch Cake were simply divine, each bite was a taste of heaven. The wedding lunch was an authentic Marathi feast, deeply rooted in tradition and flavor: ? Refreshing Starters: Solkadhi and Kairi Panhe were the perfect way to begin the meal. ? Authentic Marathi delicacies: Mini Batate Wade, Drumstick Soup, Masale Bhat, and Surali Wadi were a showcase of classic flavors done to perfection. ? A dessert selection that stole hearts: The Puran Poli, Shrikhand, Mango Ice Cream, Mung Halwa, and the ultimate crowd favorite: Ukadiche Modak were absolute masterpieces! Every dish was prepared with love and precision, leaving our guests raving about the food long after the celebrations ended. A Dreamlike Setting: Chetan Rawade’s Stunning Decor Words cannot do justice to the magical transformation of Gharkul Lawns by Chetan Rawade. The elegant red carpet entrance set the perfect tone, creating a grand and regal ambiance. Every floral arrangement, light placement, and drapery was thoughtfully designed, striking the perfect balance between tradition and contemporary elegance. The venue looked like a scene from a royal wedding, capturing the essence of celebration and love. A Royal Wedding Experience: Mr. Nagarkar’s Grand Arrangements Our wedding felt nothing short of a grand royal affair, thanks to Mr. Nagarkar, who brought in majestic elements that made the celebrations even more unforgettable: ✨ The Enchanting Sangeet Entry: The breathtaking cloud effect as the bride and groom made their grand entrance was truly magical, giving the event a cinematic feel. ? The Bubble Machine: It added an ethereal touch, making the moment feel straight out of a dream. ? A Grand Baraat Procession: The live beats of dhol-tasha pathak created an electrifying energy, filling the air with festive joy. ? The Regal Wedding Horse: A beautifully adorned horse for the baraat, making the groom’s entrance even more majestic. ? Royal Fetas: To complete the regal look, Mr. Nagarkar arranged for stunning royal fetas (traditional headgear) for the groom and the baraatis, adding a touch of nobility to the entire celebration. Every detail was executed to perfection, making the event not just a wedding, but an unforgettable experience for everyone in attendance.
