My experience on 23.09.2025 was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. At the time of booking, the Sales Executive (Mr. Rehman) assured me that I could clear the remaining balance on the day of the event. We paid over 90% of the amount as an advance. However, on the event day, the General Manager (GM) created a massive scene right in the middle of our guests. He publicly announced that lunch service would be halted until the remaining small balance (around 10%) was cleared immediately. His tone and language were rude, highly unprofessional, and embarrassing for us in front of our attendees. This behavior is unacceptable. Professionalism dictates that any payment dispute should be handled privately in the office, not by interrupting a live event and threatening guest services. Furthermore, the Sales Team offered no support when this issue arose, despite the clear verbal agreement made during booking. If the policy was that the balance *must* be paid beforehand, the Sales Team (Mr. Rehman) should have communicated this clearly during the booking process, not sprung it on us on the event day. The GM’s actions were a severe lapse in service standards. We will certainly not be recommending Golden Leaf to anyone based on this terrible experience.

Hosted my wedding and ring ceremony at Golden Leaf Banquet and both the events went really well and hassle free.All the services were just top notch.

Golden Leaf,venue and decoration was good but the food service was not. Most of the food items were finished before the event.

It is the most amazing venue possible. They have their inhouse decorators and caterers so it won't be a hassle for anyone to arrange things. The staff is extremely well trained, cooperative and accomodating and it was a lovely experience with them. Thank you so much
