it was my brothers wedding and there were three functions i had such a good experience here as it was summer wedding i didn’t expect that much but samaira made it possible the decor was amazing and the contagious smile of their staff and service was good everything was organised

Maine kuch din pehle Grand Mantram Resort me ek event attend kiya aur mera experience bahut achha raha. Place ka look (ambience) kaafi nice aur clean tha. Banquet halls bade aur spacious hain, jahan bade events easily ho sakte hain. Food bhi tasty tha aur fresh laga. Staff ka behavior helpful aur polite tha, aur sab kaam time par ho raha tha. Decoration aur overall management bhi achhi tarah se kiya gaya tha, isliye event smoothly ho gaya. Agar aap **best banquet halls** dhoondh rahe ho wedding, party ya function ke liye, to Grand Mantram Resort ek achha option hai. Mera overall experience positive raha.

Our experience with the Grand Mantram team was, unfortunately, a mix of positives and significant disappointments. To their credit, they managed our smaller functions such as mehendi, haldi, and sangeet reasonably well. These events were coordinated smoothly and largely met our expectations. However, the arrangements for the main wedding ceremony were deeply disappointing. Given the scale, importance, and the commitments made in advance, the execution fell considerably short. Several key elements that were explicitly discussed and agreed upon were missing on the day including the wedding stage sofa, photobooth, and multiple décor components such as floral arrangements, venue fillers, and table décor. The lack of flowers was particularly concerning. Floral décor constitutes a major portion of the overall budget, and the visible gap between what was promised and what was delivered was very big and difficult to overlook. In addition to this, there were considerable delays in setting up the venue. This led to an uncomfortable situation in front of our guests, and at certain points, we had to rely on guests themselves to step in and assist, something that should never happen at a professionally managed wedding. While the team has shown that they are capable of executing smaller-scale events, there is a clear gap when it comes to handling large, high-stakes functions and delivering consistently on commitments. Attention to detail, accountability, and execution discipline need significant improvement. What is equally disappointing is the post-event experience. It has now been over two months, and we are still trying to reach the team to resolve and conclude the outstanding issues. Unfortunately, there has been little to no responsiveness, which reflects a lack of professionalism and accountability even after the event. We hosted my cousin’s wedding at Grand Mantram Resort, and overall it was such a great experience. Big shoutout to Samaira and Manju — sach mein, they were super helpful and always there whenever we needed anything. Unhone sab kuch bohot smoothly manage kiya, which made things so much easier for us. The décor was a solid 10/10 — pura setup itna pretty aur well-organised tha, perfect wedding vibe. And the food… 100/10, no joke. Sab guests bas khane ki hi tareef kar rahe the. There was a slight AC issue at times, but it was manageable, especially itni garmi mein it’s kinda understandable. Overall, amazing venue with great staff, beautiful décor, and outstanding food. Definitely recommend!

We had an amazing experience at grandma mantra resort the wedding. Palace was beautifully decorated. The staff was very polite and the overall service were excellent of our special day.

It's was great experience to attend wedding in grand mantram ....it's based in gurgaon gawal pahri ...this property have multiple option for event ..like haldi cocktail wedding..the decor was stunning food and staff was so good ... Nice venue ...for residential wedding

I attended my friend’s 2-day wedding held on 26–27 November, and it was a wonderful experience overall. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making the stay very pleasant for guests. The food on both days was delicious, with a good variety and great taste that everyone enjoyed. The décor was beautiful and thoughtfully done, creating a perfect wedding atmosphere for each function. Everything was well-organized, and the staff was supportive throughout the events. It was a memorable wedding, and we truly enjoyed every moment.
