We booked their hall for a Sai Sandhya + Birthday Celebration on 26th July 2025 for 125 guests, and what followed was the worst experience with any banquet ever. 👉 People Involved in the Scam: Sunil Kumar – sweet talker before payment, turns into a cheat afterwards. Shivani Pathak – extremely rude, unprofessional, and has zero manners to talk to customers. 🔴 What Happened: • On 2nd June, I finalized the booking after speaking to Sunil Kumar. • Paid ₹21,000 advance online to Shivani Pathak the next morning. • They demanded remaining amount in cash to save taxes (clear malpractice). • Shivani herself asked, “Do you want DJ after Sai Sandhya?” I confirmed and She added it to the final bill and gave me the total. 💥 The Scam Begins: A few hours later, Shivani calls me back and straight-up calls me a LIAR, saying DJ was never included. She shamelessly demanded ₹15K extra or no DJ for the event. When I and my sister went back to question this fraud and requested CCTV footage, they refused to show it because they knew they were wrong. Instead, Shivani Pathak yelled at my sister in a disgusting, loud voice inside their own premises. They flat-out refused to refund our advance and started blaming us with fake allegations. We had no choice but to call the police. When the police arrived, even they laughed at their lame excuses. After 2–3 hours of arguments, only when the police pressured them did they finally agree to honor the original deal with the DJ included. 🚨 My Verdict: This place is nothing but a SCAM CENTER. They trap you after taking the advance and then blackmail you to pay extra. Sunil Kumar and Shivani Pathak are running a fraud in the name of hospitality. ⚠️ Avoid this place at all costs. They don’t know customer service, they don’t know professionalism, and they will spoil your occasion. Green Lounge Udhyog Nagar = Fraud + Harassment + Zero Hospitality.
