here the manager Brajesh kumar is the most un professional and most patetic person and only person responsible to lose the cutsomer or shut down in coming furture. no food taste late service and then ill behavior. this resturant is an epitome of how one can lose their money and destroy their occasion.

I booked this restaurant for my ring ceremony this month i.e. 21st October 2024. Before booking it food was taste by me and my mother and it'up to the mark. On the day of ceremony we got so many complaints from my relatives that few of the items was not found as per the taste. Dal makhni was sweet in taste, when it was complaint by us there's revert that we put "honey" in dal makhni, seriously!! honey in dal makhni, we also tasted this dish at Pind baluchi and haldiram and I am sure no one can beat atleast Pind baluchi. Also, issue with chilli potato fries, roti was not served in cold state and it was clearly asked once we will be seated for dinner with complete family that time serve fresh roti but it's our bad luck. Few of my relatives around 4 nos. asked about review of Hazratganj restaurant Gorakhpur, we asked not to book and waste the money.
