Worst staying experience in Goa. - First day found cockroach in milk during buffet breakfast. Informed the restaurant manager, he told he will check and replace the milk. however after few minutes, he casually ignored and guest kept consuming the same milk. Later the manager disappeared. - The only amity that this resort has is swimming pool and kids play area and both are worst -Swimming pool - check the attached pics of the quality of the water. Upon checking in we were told that the pool is under maintanance since 2 days and would be ready to use from evevning, however the condition was the same after 3 days of our stay. From one of the waiter we got to know that the condition is the same since months as the cleaning cost is high and they tell each guest that it will be ready from next day. This is cheating. We complained about the same, however there was no help as the owners are not available and you know how the staff answers. Kids play area is not maintained as well and all broken rusted etc. - Food and beverages are too costly and quality is alsi very bad so its a total waste of money -We ordered veg Manchurian and Pinc cola mocktail on first day, however both the food items were below the mark as per the rates, manchurian made of rubber (as it was too hard to chew) and the drink tasteless. - They were also avoiding the room cleaning and we had to force the manager to do it everyday -The location of this resort is on the deserted road, so if you dont have your own vehicle it is not possible to reach the beach or the near market. It is far from the beaches and local market. The road outside is very lonely and not safe after sunset. - They have comp. breakfast if you select so during booking, but its not work at all. They have limited options and take very long to serve and keep you waiting for ages -The staff is very rude and hardly available at reception. - There are far better resorts near candolim beach/road that are way better. In short it was a total waste of money for us as the food was bad, swimming pool was of n use, location was bad. It is not a resort it is a lodge only to stay with difficult transport options, bad food rude staff etc.. not a single good aspect about this lodge :_(
