Horrible customer service. The untrained unprofessional,uneducated, incapable and highly arrogant dumb staff will forget to collect payments even after repeated attempts to ask them for clearing our bills and then misbehave because that’s the professionalism of Km heights. I had my sangeet here and Mr basudev said after the event that there are no dues. After couple of attempts from our end to contact and repeatedly failing for more than two months, one highly illmannered woman called and accused us of not clearing the dues. After telling her that the payment will be done but we need an extension as it was all of a sudden, she kept on calling and harassing us. If you care for value of money, self respect, peace of mind and are looking for some reliability, choose better than KM heights.

We hosted our wedding function here . It has such a nice open area which is a perfect fit for such functions. And we had a very fine experience at the venue. The arrangements in terms of food, decor and service were so nicely done.

KM Convention is an amazing venue. We're glad we chose them for our wedding functions. The food was really good and such warm hospitality. We did not need to overlook anything as such and they arranged everything perfectly.

We booked this place as our wedding venue and we had the wedding ceremony during the day time and reception on the same night. They have a hall which we booked one. Everything went just perfect and it was a pleasant experience.

Very spacious and nice banqueting venue. Ample of parking space. Food is outstanding. Good venue for destination weddings.
