I am writing this review to make all of you aware of this extremely distressing incident that occurred during our recent visit at Love Passion Karma (LPK) Goa. This place has tarnished my perception for this property and left me deeply concerned about the safety of the customers. On 24th June 2023  while enjoying our time at the place, a highly unfortunate altercation took place involving their bouncers. To my shock and dismay, I, along with my friends was subjected to physical assault by their bouncers. This act of aggression was entirely unprovoked and completely unwarranted. It is disheartening and unacceptable. They even hit the females without even knowing the whole matter and abused us like anything. The incident not only resulted in physical injuries but also caused significant emotional distress and trauma. As a guest, I expected to feel safe and secure within the premises, but instead, I experienced a terrifying and violent encounter that has left a lasting negative impact. We immediately reported the incident to the Manager on duty, but the response I received was woefully inadequate. Instead of providing the necessary support and addressing the situation promptly, there was a lack of empathy and a dismissive attitude towards our grievances and that coward has left us without even accepting the mistake the staff and the bounces have made. I hope that my feedback will save some of the guests from visiting this place and facing the similar incident.
