It was just as I wanted! Whatever things I dreamt of and conveyed to the team, it was exactly that way. I loved the experience and everything was just superb. Thanks alot for the lovely memories of my wedding.

Booking experience for rooms and decorations was a cumbersome experience. I had my hands tied with the budget for decoration and the management was not really trying to give me best. They used statement like mam you have so less budget, this won't be possible. That won't be possible. My personal experience was they could have tried harder in making a memorable experience for the bride and family. Could have avoided unnecessary arguments. Also the chat counter was in front of barat entrance. Which didn't make sense to me.
