Perfect handling of the food and decorations. Mrs. Shruti, the event manager, and her husband are very helpful. Everything went perfectly and on schedule. Events held by the poolside made my wedding amazing. Staff members are really helpful.

My wedding was on 18 February 2022 and magson event manager Mrs Shruti and her husband Mr saurabh made it a dream wedding for me . Experience was really good for everyone in the wedding. Decorative was perfect, food was perfect, everything was ready before time and each and every function went very smooth and on time.

We held our Son's pre-wedding and wedding events at Magsons Resorts on 13-15th Nov 2021, and we are still getting rave reviews from out guests about the venue, the food and the “service with a smile.” Planning a wedding can be stressful, but everyone at Magsons Resorts made it so much easier with their guidance, organizational tools, suggestions, responsiveness and positive attitude. From planning to execution, everything is consistently excellent. Menus, food presentation and taste always exceeded our expectations. *On our food tasting and booking appointment, we met Ms. Shruti, most amazing day of coordinators ever! She was warm, responsive, and thorough. Shruti had answers to questions we didn’t even know we had. She offered great suggestions, aided in making sure vendors were properly arranged, and always responded to emails/calls in less than an hour!. Shruti was able to take care of all the vendors, guests, and nitty gritty stuff so we could fully enjoy the day. She was responsive, flexible, and always professional, and went out of her way to accommodate any and all requests. *I loved their welcome gesture with Dhol, tilak and welcome drinks which makes our entry to venue special and exciting. *Decoration of all the events turned out amazing!! I walked in the reception area and was speechless. It was the "wow" look we wanted. **We heard great feedback from our guests about how great the food was; some even said best wedding food they’ve had. *The views and gardens are spectacular. It was so beautiful for our outdoor wedding, and then an easy transition upstairs to the rooms. The indoors is great for dining and dancing. *Rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Resort staff were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early. *There was enough parking space within the venue so it’s very convenient for the guests. Magsons Resorts really is the premier event space in Vrindavan-Mathura region. They are a great venue: clean, gorgeous, elegant and very workable for a lot of different kinds of events. Magsons staff is great to work with. They are helpful and have great ideas to make any event better. Just want to say a big thank you to Magsons Resorts (especially Shruti, Saurabh, and the staff) for making our all events perfect. Recently attended a wedding in Magsons resorts and had a superb experience . I truly felt the Goan wedding feel with the swimming pool decor and truly enjoyed the hospitality of the management staff ..Shruti and Saurabh . The property and rooms are good given the price, however interior settings are not proper..for example positioning of mirror. -With regards to wedding preparations, we had worst of experiences. The main isssue was with the event lady here, Shruti. Right from decor to food to her behaviour, everything was disappointing.She will only do what's right according to her, without considering client's requirement. -She also gives false assurances before giving token amount. After that, she charges extra for small small requests. -She expects to complete payment formalities Within 2 hours of final event. Without any prior information, she also stopped our guests to exit the property because oeMS.fpayment delay which was not even informed to us earlier. -She puts same decor for all the weddings, no extra props which means no additional investment but charge bomb for a small prop such as pairos. -She is extremely rude to the clients, and takes liberty to change menu according to her preferences, mostly delete the items. -Food is not being prepared on time. Food management was at its worst. Lunch was served at 3:30 pm...guests used to wait long to refill. If at all you like the property, avoid using shruti's management. She will just make your 2 special' days a disappointment..nothing else.

We hosted all our wedding functions here and it was such an amazing experience. The venue is really good. The services and management was good as well. They did the decor for the functions and it was good. The food was also really amazing. Highly recommend it.

They charged us a alot of money and it was very expensive and still the decoration was below average. The furniture kept was also old.
