Mansarovar Vatika has one of the worst management teams I have ever encountered. The venue is small and utterly mismanaged. We booked it for a birthday function in the afternoon, only to find the entire ground littered with trash and remnants from the previous night's event. Nothing had been cleaned, leaving the place in an unacceptable condition. To make matters worse, the contact number listed on Google is that of the owner’s son, not the owner himself. The son is completely unprofessional, lacking even basic business etiquette or customer service skills. Instead of addressing our concerns, he responded with arrogance and hostility, even resorting to abusive language when I expressed my frustration over the filthy venue. His attitude was that of an entitled brat with no sense of responsibility. While the owner was apologetic, he failed to provide any cleaning crew to rectify the situation. We were left to deal with the mess ourselves, which significantly impacted our event. This level of negligence and unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable. If you are considering this venue for any function, I strongly advise against it.
