We booked Renaissance Lucknow for two functions - Engagement ceremony in Ballroom and Wedding function in Lawn. While the arrangements for engagement ceremony were good with regard to food and service, the service and food quality for the wedding were especially bad with Renaissance serving us cold food. It seemed like they had outsourced to some caterer who was bringing us cold food which was extremely embarrassing. Next, we booked the decor through Renaissance’s empaneled event agency - Scarlet Events - Ms. Sakshi for both the days. While the decor for the engagement ceremony was top notch inside the ballroom. I cannot get over how horrible the decor was for the wedding. The stage was shaky and tiny. The carpet was moving away from the stage. We had asked for cold pyros to be placed on the stage for the Jaimala, for which Sakshi charged a lot. But she kept real anaars over there which could have lead to some serious accident. The carpet even started burning a little bit because of the sparks from the anaar. I could not have imagined a worse decor for the wedding stage. Do not book her for your lawn weddings. She pressurised to make the full payment before we get to see the lawn decor and later we understood why.

We hosted our wedding functions here and we are very happy we chose this as our venue. The ambience is great and the management was really helpful. The decoration and the catering were top notch and they definitely did a great job. Highly recommended.

They have just an amazing ambience and feel. My sister got married here and the staff is so good and it feels like that they genuinely care about you. The food is very good and it keeps up to its name of having good quality food. The decor was also fantastic and my sister was very happy to be wed in this hotel.
