Went to just check the property. But the receptionist was so rude to inform me that nobody was available to show the venue. He could have requested any available staff just to show the spot. But NO! Neither he requested to come later Nor he took my number to call later at least. Neither he showed a courtesy towards a lady, Nor he spoke politely. Nothing! And He belongs to "Hospitality" industry. Good joke! Just imagine, if receptionist has this much of courtesy towards a potential client, what kind of services they might offer you. No value of customers, lack of efficiency & courtesy - which we need the most.

We had booked Noorya Hometel for our engagement, The staff was well trained and were cooperative and accomodating. We did not face any sort of inconvnience whatsoever. The guests had a good time too and overall it was just perfect. Thank you so much for having us.
