I recently stayed at Novotel New Delhi City centre and overall had a very pleasant experience. The property is well-maintained. There are newly developed banquets with all the facilities. The check-in process was smooth and the staff was warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. My room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the essentials like a comfortable bed, clean linens, toiletries, and a good Wi-Fi connection.
