I attend last night family function,this place was amazing ,nice decoration,and combination of light make place beautiful, food part snacks and maincourse was really delicious chefs are enjoying to work.service was very good.

The indian breakfast option were equally remarkable,each dish carried authentic flavors ,soft idlis,well spiced pohina,fragrant upma cooked to perfection. 8n breakfast every thing is fine.

We recently celebrated our anniversary at Omnia by Tivoli, and it turned out to be such a memorable experience for us. From the moment we entered, the ambience felt elegant, warm, and perfect for a special occasion. The décor was absolutely stunning — everything looked thoughtfully done and added a very premium feel to the celebration. The staff was extremely courteous and attentive, making sure every little detail was taken care of without us having to worry about anything. Food was definitely one of the highlights! Every dish was delicious, well-presented, and loved by everyone. The service was smooth and well-managed throughout the event. What truly made the day special was how effortlessly everything came together. The team ensured that we could just relax and enjoy our time with family. Highly recommend Omnia for anyone looking to celebrate their special moments in a classy and hassle-free way.

We booked this venue with high expectations based on the commitments made during meetings. Unfortunately, our wedding experience was extremely disappointing due to serious coordination failures from both the venue management (Mr. Sayeed) and the panel decorator Rahul. Major Issues We Faced: The stage was not ready when the baraat arrived, causing unnecessary chaos and delay. Phera timings that were finalized in advance were not respected. Overall coordination between décor, sound and event flow was poorly managed. Despite repeated prior requests, no ramp was arranged for my wheelchair-bound mother. Several décor elements that were approved in meetings were missing or incomplete. The final décor execution did not match what was promised. Rooms were not allotted on time, and some areas had visible dust even close to event time. Upgraded lighting during cocktail had non-functional fixtures. Guests were left unattended during key moments like baraat welcome. Staff on-ground lacked clarity about event timings. What was most upsetting was the lack of ownership. When issues arose, there was no proactive solution or accountability from management. A wedding is not an event you can redo. It requires precision, sensitivity and coordination. Unfortunately, that level of professionalism was missing. We are sharing this so future couples conduct very thorough due diligence and get every commitment documented clearly. The pictures attached below were taken almost one hour after the scheduled phera time, clearly showing that the stage setup was still incomplete and not ready as committed.

0 Rating Absolutely the worst experience ever. I would strongly advise everyone: DO NOT book this place for your wedding or any major event. They completely ruined one of the most important days of our lives. This venue markets itself as a big, reputable name, but the reality is shocking. The management is highly unprofessional, disorganized, and irresponsible. At a crucial moment during the wedding, the lights were deliberately switched off and food service was stopped abruptly, leaving guests confused and embarrassed. Imagine the humiliation and stress on what is supposed to be the happiest day of your life. Instead of handling the situation with maturity and accountability, the manager, Mr. Sayeed, was dismissive and extremely uncooperative. There was no effort to fix the issue, no apology, and no sense of responsibility. The lack of basic event management and courtesy was unbelievable. A wedding is not just an event — it’s a once-in-a-lifetime memory. This place turned it into a nightmare. Please do not risk your special day here. No family deserves this kind of treatment.

Beautiful place, perfect for wedding, i came with family, nice food, i could say better place, where you find delicious food,staff are very courtisius. Met with chef ajit very positively never say no. Must recomnded this place.

We went on marriage destination wedding, I really surprised to saw omnia by Tivoli barsahpur Gurugram there is more compare to star hotel, met with Executive chef ajit he is described their dishes and we had each and everything mutton galauti,dimsum and other snacks are absolutely fantastic.keep it up.

This location is amazing, very nice place to destination weddings,good for staying also,we went on family marriage function.met with chef ajit and team,food was delicious , according to our pallet ,and buffet set was very nice ,must visit this place.
