Dear pride hotels limited if every hotel in indore had GM- MR SANJAY SHARMA , OPERATIONS MANAGER- MR GOPALJI MISHRA , DIRECTOR OF FOOD AND BEVERAGES MR RAJIV BHOWMIK , EXECUTIVE CHEF MR AASHUTOSH PANDEY every hotel would have been THE BEST because its the people working day and night over there that makes the name best among others. a big wow to pride group for having these names with you. nd a big appreciation for mr rajiv bhowmik for offering me best packages nd their prices then forwarding me to mr sanjay sharma for finalizing the deal, mr sanjay sharma a dynamic expertee in his field always humble nd respectful towards others ( believe me this person can give you best deals whether its food liquor or room stay). coming to mr gopal ji sharma - words fall short to say about him , i have never seen such a knowledgeable well mannered polite sweet gentleman ( trust me again when this person is there for you nothing can go wrong whether its payments selection, foood or anything else) my most of intractions concerning my event was personally being taken care by him kudos to you mr gopalji mishra. and chef mr ashutosh mishra u bring magic to food prepared by you ( he in person asked every guest about the food) mr bhagat- pride hotel, was throughout there at the event to see all things go well. coming back to mr rajiv bhowmik all the necessary arrangements at event date like ambience color theme stationary........ went beyond my expectations. thx pride hotel and convention centre indore nd ur team for such great hospitality 2025 june anniversary function at hrj grand banquet pride hotel indore

The team was very accommodating to our needs. Sadly they are not a pet friendly property, so even after a LOT of requests they didn’t let us have our family dog (shih tzu) at the venue, and since my family and I are based in Mumbai, we have no other option other than leaving him in a dog house. Other than that, their food and service overall was super. Having accommodated around approx 100 guests from both our families included, things were smooth running from the Hotel’s end. They allowed us to bring in our own decorator that fit our needs better. In terms of all COVID regulations at the time, they were super vigilant and maintained a good standard of following all protocols, ensuring that all the guests feel safe in their surroundings. Their rooms and the overall interiors/ambiance of the hotel is stellar tbh. Very classy, very chic – minimalistic but still glam. They even have about 8-10 pool side cottages which are done up beautifully and are super comfy. animbusofstars's profile picture Only drawback of living in them during weddings is that the morning after you’ll have a rude awakening from the noise coming from the functions happening right outside your room. Speaking from first hand experience. ? Overall it was a delight having my wedding there. Thinking back, we couldn’t have picked a better venue in Indore to house our guests and have all the functions there.

Hey, We had a great experience! The staff is co-operative and really helpful. On the last day due to some miscommunication with the caterer the breakfast wasn’t arranged but the Pride Team made sure breakfast for 175 guests was arranged within 45min upon our request and save us from the embarrassment. Kudos to them! Everything was well arranged and on time. Our guests also had loads of fun staying at Pride. Let me know if you need anything else. Thank you!

The venue owner, is a charismatic compassionate and driven force! The timing of everything got bit late but i just loved the overall services provided by them. The ambience lends a surreal setting for my events, making it a unique and grand experience.Thankyou.
