Worst staff with owner also somesh agarwal with the help of ips officer not paying the money to us 1220000 rupees . Dont trust this resort and dont give them money in advance at all

The venue is outstanding, it had amazing locations for each function. It has two banquet halls, three beautiful lawns and a gorgeous terrace that over looks the Fateh Sagar Lake. The staff is very well equipped to handle a big fat Indian wedding.Source

Being challenged by hotel staff to write review online for raddison but no help or service offered Raddison as per me is a big and prestigious group of hotel i usually am a Marriott guy but i gave a chance to raddison but raddison is worst hotel and business is all it is only because of its people who work there here staff doesnt understand even H of hospitality old obsolete rooms stinky smelly old yellow linen abrupt staff i think raddison must shut this hotel down Worst than oyo it is on top of it challenge by mr rajat sharma fo manager to what ever i want to write a bad review and he will reply to it rather then providing help and resolving the matter he had put petrol on fire Never staying with raddisson again Worst hotel chain Fungal infected rooms Dj playing late Drunkards and alcoholics staying here Knocking doors ringing bells all night Cigarette smell in whole hotel Cherry on top abrupt staff Rajat sharma Rajat Narender No cot beds and extra bed provided for kids Worst non family friendly policy by raddission Strictly not suggested for families !! Worst non family friendly hotel Drunken people dancing and hefty dj sound constantly coming with vibrations to our room Kids could nt sleep all night neither us Worst hotel policy for kids not cotbeds no beds Old and ancient hotel with old interior old bed Worst linen yellow is the white for them Brown sofa with insects in it Obsolete housekeeping Yellow is the new white for white linen at this hotel old clothes towels bedsheets smelly stinky Noisy rooms Pre paid expensive booking done by us so couldnt revert Shri rajat sharma ji stating sir pl give review online and i will reply but would nt help with any thing stating the policy that shadi wale have big booking so dj wont close down let it be all night Also prepaid booking our money is in go talk to goibibo Staff needs to be taught what hospitality is and raddisson must also understand that they call themselves a brand and brands dont have such staff like Rajat sharma Rajat other Narender I think They must shut this hotel down its killing raddison s reputation on a hourly basis Also with such staff with them they will for sure reach and experience new lows with their reputation and name Interior of room old and obsolete in half the money you can book any good new hotel also they can say this as raddison by oyo as the rooms and staff was worst than oyo.... i feel oyo is giving better services and hospitality than that of raddison And with such staff better shut down Strictly not suggested for family travellers... We had our functions all around Udaipur. We booked the entire Radisson Blu, and Lalit for our guests. We also had two of our events at Radisson Blu - the family performance at the ballroom and Mehendi at their Aravali Lawns. Radisson Blu has very good service and food.Source

I had the most amazing experience at the Radisson Blu, Udaipur. My Mehendi, Sangeet and Wedding were so excellently planned and executed at the beautiful venue. We had booked all the 250 rooms of the hotel and all our guests stayed at the venue. I had the time of my life at my wedding, all thanks to their lovely hospitality and services. We all enjoyed so much. The staff and their entire team were extremely cooperative and accomodating. We were assured that everything will be handled perfectly and we weren't disappointed. A big shoutout to the entire management team. Thanks a ton for making my wedding so wonderful!

The venue was the perfect location for a grand wedding, it’s typically made like a palace and it’s a huge property, with a lot of outdoor and indoor locations. We had a 3 day wedding with 6 functions, and we did not have to repeat any location. The ball rooms are beautifully made, we could pull over our indoor events with minimal decor, because the property in itself was so beautiful. But especially mentioning, the food was amazing, it was beyond expectations. Every single person came to us and praised the food, the chef was so cooperative, he customised the menu for us according to the theme of every event. And the food and display was amazing.

We had booked the Radisson Blu Resort at Udaipur as it was a destination wedding and we had many events throughout the period. In the end everything went very well, but there had been many problems in the backdrop. There were some issues regarding the rooms that we wanted and also they kept pressuring us for the payment as well. We had a whole cocktail party planned and there were some issues regarding serving alcohol as the Govt had declared a dry day on the very same day, so we had to convert a room into a bar to get going with our party. They catered us the best food nevertheless and the property is very beautiful but the management could be improved!!
