One of my family members recently attended a wedding at Clover One and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience, unlike anything they have experienced before. An expensive mobile phone was stolen by someone from the catering staff. When this matter was brought to the attention of the service and operations team, the response was disappointing and showed a lack of concern, which reflects poor customer service. This kind of experience is very upsetting, and we hope management will take this seriously and ensure better security and customer service in the future so that no other guests have to go through the same situation.
