Hi i have attended my cousin’s wedding at Royal Impero and stayed in same property. We had haldi & mehndi function also over their, the arrangement was awesome and experience is amazing, we have beautiful memory with each event. Food is amazing our relatives are prasing till date, staff is very coperative, will give 5 rating to cleanliness and hygene. Thank you so much to Management and staff for making it a memorable event I would highly recommended this venue for any type of events or rooms

⭐ 0/5 — A Special Day Turned Stressful at Royal Imperio, Charmwood Village, Faridabad - A Warning for Families I am sharing this experience with the sincere hope of helping other families avoid the distress that mine endured on what should have been one of the most joyful days of our lives. We hosted our child's 1st b'day celebration at Royal Imperio, Eros Garden, Sector 39, Faridabad. We chose this venue because we had previously celebrated our wedding at the same hotel and banquet under its earlier management, which had been a wonderful experience. That positive memory led us to select the same place for this special occasion. Unfortunately, the current management — Mr. Dinesh Gupta (Leaseholder and Director, Saatvya Hospitality LLP) and Mrs. Bharti (GM – Sales) — turned what should have been a joyful celebration into an experience of public embarrassment and stress. On the day of the function, the agreed per-plate pricing was unilaterally revised by the sales representative, Mrs. Bharti (GM – Sales), and additional charges were introduced that had not been part of the original discussion. They both refused to serve food until the revised total was paid in full. Additionally, during a planned stage entry for our child in a toy car, the activity was halted, and we were asked to pay an extra ₹4,000 as electricity and maintenance charges—even though the toy car was already charged and the entry lasted only 3–4 minutes. Most upsettingly, the management raised the dispute openly in front of our arriving guests. We requested multiple times to discuss this privately in a room(that was in front) to resolve the matter discreetly. But Both Mrs. Bharti and Mr. Dinesh Gupta (Director, Saatvya Hospitality LLP, current leaseholder) purposely chose to address it publicly instead to create the pressure on us. To avoid further disruption and protect the dignity of our son's special day, i somewhere forced to pay the all the extra amount immediately. However, the manner in which the issue was handled caused unnecessary discomfort and detracted from what should have been a joyful and memorable occasion for the family. It is deeply disappointing that, for the sake of a relatively small amount, the management chose to take advantage of such an important personal event. What was particularly disheartening was that Mrs. Bharti, being a mother herself, show no hesitation in ruining another child’s celebration for financial gain. It is a lesson, however painful, that not everyone we place trust in will honour that trust with integrity. My sole intent in sharing this is to help other parents avoid the same stress and public embarrassment we endured on what should have been a joyful day. 📌 I strongly advise families to exercise extreme caution when selecting a venue. While they may appear polite initially, their conduct suggests they will not hesitate to create a stressful situation to extract more money once your event is underway. Please ensure that every commitment — pricing, inclusions, additional charges, planned activities and terms — is documented in writing and signed before you finalise any booking. We did a engagement function here in sept 2025. Booked 10 Rooms and banquet hall. Biggest issue is the owner himself Mr.Gupta. First of all, he sold room online and gave us only 5 rooms. He made excuses that person who allowed online booking has left and cannot do anything now. If I am willing to pay more than can provide rooms in nearby hotel. After that during function he asked for extra money to keep chat counter continue after 8PM and extra decor charges. He stopped the function with these excuses and made us to pay 20k extra. Unprofessional, greedy man and similar team he has build. Keep distance from this peoples. Celebrate your special day anywhere but not here.

Attended my relatives function there, it was bad experience. Things were not managed, decoration was happening even after guest came. DJ person didn't came till half of the event. Attitude of the staff was not good. Hall might look good in photos but managemen t is zero. Relatives told that owner was present there but couldn't managed it. Everyone was making excuses only.

An immensely talented photographer like Parth is hard to find.\n\nRight from the start where we began our conversation to the end, the process was very smooth. He was available to answer numerous questions that I had. He also helped with outfit ideas for the shoot. The place that was selected by him for the pre-wedding was one very boujie and chique. The pictures that came out were straight out of a magazine!\nI was soo happy with the pre-wedding that I straight off booked him for our wedding that was later in the year! I am soo glad I did, coz the results are soo amazing!\n\nI cannot recommend Parth Garg photography enough!! Thank you for capturing my most special memories for me! d

Our wedding took place at Royal Imperio. Khemanis were very helpful and organised the wedding really skilfully. The rooms are very spacious and the food was mind blowing. Mr. Khemani himself helped us to decide on the menu. We had a function for 3 days and it all went very smoothly. Hats off to their management.

I had booked royal imperio for the marriage of my daughter , we belong to lucknow and we were very lucky to find a venue like royal imperio for marriage, we had a 3 day stay in hotel all rooms booked and in guests were from aged to young people ,mrs kripa khemani and mr gautum khemani were kind enough to meet all our reqirements personally and the best part was ,what they had commited ,they delivred much more than that in terms of service to gharatis ,exellent food ,very courteous staff ,always ready to help,every gharati praised the arrangements and it turned out to be a very very happy event for all of us ,hotel has enough space to carry out different function ,excellent food quality ,reasonable price,advice and management is all up to the mark.,thanks to the wonderful management of khimanis and their wholehearted effort for turning the marriage of my daughter into a gala event.
