There are three conference halls, two with a capacity of 200 seating and 300 floating while the third and the bigger hall can seat 1000 guests with 1500 floating. They have three outdoor lawn areas. The Sea Garden Lawn is suitable for a small intimate gathering of 200 seating and 300 floating. The Saya Party Lawn is best suited for the wedding ceremony with a large gathering of 3000 seating and 4500 floating. The second Saya Party Lawn is best for huge receptions and big fat Indian weddings with a guest capacity of 4000 seating and 6000 floating. They also have 18 rooms at the venue to accommodate the guests with starting price at INR 5000.
