The experience was extremely disappointing. The venue’s security was totally careless—there was no alertness or proper supervision at all. To add to this, the staff was shockingly aggressive and rude. Rather than assisting us with professionalism, they argued, used abusive language, and even resorted to physical behavior. One staff member, Paritosh, was particularly confrontational and unprofessional. Additionally, they changed the menu without giving us any prior notice. Relaced Double decker Mushroom & Cigar Roll with Kachori 😅 What’s worse, they have been consistently deleting negative reviews on a daily basis, which shows a complete lack of transparency and accountability. Overall, the venue felt unsafe, mismanaged, and completely lacking in professional conduct. I would strongly recommend that others stay away from this place.

I had the worst experience with the Banquet Silver Spoons staff. They insisted on taking the full payment in advance, but unfortunately, they did not deliver as promised in the agreement. Several stalls were missing during our event, and when we pointed it out, they completely ignored our concerns. Not only did they fail to make things right, but they also refused to adjust the payment for the missing services. This level of unprofessionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere if you're considering them for your event.

OMG!What an experience,I hosted my wedding here and it was the best decision I made.The services were superb and the food was just mouthwatering,all the guests were talking about it even after the wedding.Had an amazing experience.

The event vendor they have - Sachin - is a cheater. He didn’t deliver on what was promised and didn’t even apologise post feedback and started justifying. At the time on booking he didn’t give clarity upon asking and at the time of execution he failed to deliver. Requesting Silver Spoon to kick out this unprofessional vendor as he would be the person damaging the reputation of your Banquet. Rest everything is good - Food, Hygiene

only good part was food and hospitality. stage decor , management ease of acess and entrance was a miss . i may have seen minutely but i did and hence writing the same

We had an amazing wedding experience there. There service was great. Moreover, there food was top notch. It's one of the best venues in Ghaziabad with commendable facilities and delicious food with plethora of varieties! Would surely recommend the venue to others!

Hie it was my engagement ... And previously a lot of my relatives did there ceremonies there soo we already knew about d goodwill of that place. Personally my experience was great.. And it will always be memorable ❤️
