Pathetic owner who just is money minded and does not care about the people who book this property. Food made with lowest quality material by cooks who only can make tasteless food. If you book this for your wedding you will on be shouting to his deaf ears for all the work to be done. You yourself will do waiter job as the host for the guests. Water keeps running out and you yourself have to go to switch on the motor and many more things which you will face , which we faced in Feb 2026. Just donot trust anything the owner says at time of booking. He will deny to arrangements / food menu even which is documented with him. Attached are the quality of food and dirty decoration and fabrics used in functions.

PEOPLE WILL NOT ONLY LOSE THEIR MONEY, THEY WILL ALSO LOSE THEIR RESPECT. This is a genuine and honest account of our extremely disappointing experience at Sky Palace, Bantalab, Jammu, where we hosted a marriage function from 20th February to 23rd February. At the time of booking (November/December 2025), the owner, Mr. Manhas, and the manager assured us that everything would be arranged exactly as discussed. We had clearly booked: • 15 rooms • Three banquet halls exclusively for our function • Timely breakfast, lunch, and dinner as per the menu we provided • Good quality ingredients and hygienic preparation • Clean rooms and professional hospitality staff What followed was complete mismanagement and breach of commitment. Despite full payment and confirmation, one of the banquet halls was given to another client during our dates. Several rooms we had booked were allotted to others, leaving our wedding guests without accommodation. We spent three days running around requesting rooms that we had already paid for. Some guests had to be shifted to other hotels, causing embarrassment and chaos during a once-in-a-lifetime family event. The water supply was unreliable and unacceptable. Guests experienced no water in washrooms, and water stopped in the middle of showers. Basic comfort and hygiene were compromised. The serving staff was unprofessional and poorly managed. Service was slow and inattentive. Utensils and plates were not consistently clean. The overall presentation and hospitality standards were far below what is expected at a wedding venue. Despite clearly sharing our menu and emphasizing quality, the food was extremely disappointing. The taste was poor, and the overall quality did not match what was promised at the time of booking. For all three days, instead of enjoying our family function, we were forced into constant firefighting to get basic arrangements in place. The support from management, including Mr. Manhas, did not match the commitments made during booking. We are sharing this review at face value and with complete genuineness so that others can make informed decisions. A wedding is not just an event — it is about dignity, planning, and trust. In our experience, this venue failed on all three counts. PEOPLE WILL NOT ONLY LOSE THEIR MONEY, THEY WILL ALSO LOSE THEIR RESPECT.
