Our wedding event was hosted at Stellar Resort, and while there were some positives, a few aspects left us disappointed. Room The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, but the room service was incredibly slow. Guests had to call the reception multiple times to get any assistance, which was quite inconvenient. Food The food options were plentiful and of excellent quality. All the dishes were well-prepared, and the variety was more than enough to cater to all guests. Everyone appreciated the taste and presentation. Decor The decor was a major disappointment. The hotel did not allow us to hire an external vendor and insisted on using their in-house vendor, who was not up to the mark. Despite following up a month in advance, the vendor kept delaying and was highly unprofessional. They failed to capture our requirements accurately, and the decor was not completed until the last day, causing significant stress and anxiety. The charges were exorbitantly high compared to the poor output delivered. To make matters worse, the hotel management, despite initially assuring us of a refund in case of issues, backed off from their word when we raised complaints. This was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Event Flow The overall event flow could have been better organised. The DJ was inadequate, did not play good songs, and lacked proactive involvement during the functions, which dampened the energy of the events. This was another area where the experience fell short of expectations.

Overall Very Much Disappointed with the services of Stellar. My sister wedding took place recently at Stellar Resorts and accordingly please find below detailed review: 1. Rooms – They will show rooms at their 3-4 star property and will charge accordingly and will give you rooms at other building which is a 1-2 star property only with seepages in lobby during rains. Maximum rooms are there in this other building only which looks like a dharmshala with very poor services. 2. Function Venues – Function venues are overall good however their Windsor hall is having drawback that it is not completely water proof and rest room maintained very poorly is far away from the hall. Late night pheras were organized on wet floor by Stellar staff and clothes & socks of all our guests including groom and bride got wet. Even we had pointed out these things earlier however were ignored by Stellar staff. 3. Food – Food arrangements were overall very good. 4. Services – Will get good services only if you will give them tips regularly otherwise you will not get response from them. 5. Overall except food we were completely disappointed with Stellar. They will take complete money before the function and will even call u in late nights for money before main function.

Lovely experience! The location is best super access from Gurgaon and Delhi both. Rooms are quite spacious and food was amazing! Strongly recommended!
