The venue is very well maintained, with a beautiful ambiance and lush greenery, conveniently located in JP Nagar 9th Phase within the city limits. From the security at the gate to the entire staff, everyone was cooperative, courteous, and supportive. A special mention to Akshara, who was extremely responsive and helpful throughout. She patiently clarified all our queries, coordinated efficiently with all vendors, and ensured every requirement was taken care of smoothly. The team also extended full support regarding deposits and any assistance we needed. The professionalism of venue management's team truly made the entire experience stress-free and pleasant. We recommend and opt Sumatra in future family events:)

Great venue, amazing hosting and

Worst experience as a production company. The space maybe beautiful but the staff and manager are equally horrible. Zero cooperation zero accountability, only caused heavy delays because of weak security. Manager Mr. Anand was racism at its best! He almost even beat up one of our labourers for requesting him to open gates in “Hindi”. No sense of timelines and the worst kind of communication gap. I underStand you have a monopoly with your vendors but that doesn’t give you the rights to be hostile with other production teams. Zero professionalism at Sumatra wedding venue. Please do not choose this space if you want a smooth wedding function. Unless you have a truck load of money to spend on nothing but greenery.

Sumatra is such a beautiful venue, there is so much greenery around, huge and well kept lawns.. the only disadvantage is that if it rains, there maybe no alternate arrangements, but the first look of this place is magical!
