Hosted my engagement function here and it went super smooth and hassle free...Ambience was good and staff was cooperative.

Very poor management from top level. ACs of Banquet Hall not working properly. Working staff were very reluctant to do anythings except guards b'coz they are in uniform. Caterers were also lazy in serving anything. Overall 'WASTE OF MONEY & TOOK HEADACHE TO CHOOSE THIS VENUE, AURUM. WORST MANAGEMENT EVEN SEEN AT THIS LEVEL. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Aurum is a good venue with a convenient location. The decor and food were both satisfactory. There were some communication issues, but they were manageable.

The Auram had nice food and decor. However, there was a discrepancy as they initially promised a studio for getting ready, but it was not available when visited.
