Truly disgusting venue and location. Covid hotspot. Got covid 5 days after going there. Dirty waiters with their masks hanging below their mouths, dirty plates, dirty glasses. Low class for the crass. It should be sealed

Team Falcon, Thanks for making my sister's wedding a memorable experience. From food-decor-ambience to hospitality, everything was "Kabil-e-tareef". It was bit expensive, but you guys made our day. We recently host our reception at The Falcon and must say this was the best decision we took. Excellent service with the most cooperative staff ever. The food and decoration was excellent.

The experience has been fantastic in terms of the services and overall ambience. The food was also amazing and made all my guests happy. The services given by them were on time and nice.

We had booked this place for our wedding event. We had our event on the 1st floor hall. In terms of space and availability, I would recommend this venue as it’s quite spacious and it easily accommodated 500+ people in one go. However, as far as services are concerned, I wouldn’t even take the effort to rate them. They are incompetent and very unprofessional when it comes down to providing us with some good services on the day of the wedding. We felt like we were at their mercy after the payment from our end. The staff was quite slow in responding to our communication and requests for amendments. Firstly, they were rigid in terms of floral decoration which I wanted to change. I wanted the mandap to be more floral based, which was not up to the mark. Jai Mala were as basic as it can get. Foolon ki Chadar was pathetic. I had mentioned all of these beforehand but they were least interested in hearing me out. Secondly, no staff could attend the makeup artist after I made several calls on the wedding day. Also, I had asked for a lock and key for the bridal room for security reason. They refused to provide me with one. Thirdly, please note the elevators are the slowest in the world!! So, overall not the best experience I could think of. Hope this helps you to make better decisions for your wedding day.

Booked this venue for my wedding. Quite a decent place. Nice food and mananegment. Have no complaints from them.
