overall a great and satisfying experience here.. i’ll recommend it to my friends and family to their events, very nice service polite staff.

One of my close relatives hosted the party at The Florence Banquet so I see all things closely on that basis I am impressed with the interior and the food they are serving. Also, their team was so supportive. Fortunately, I met with Mrs Charu Gupta and she is also supportive and polite also she came to check things. One more thing which I want to mention out there is on Google there were lots of negative reviews about their food especially for staff. But in reality, it was the opposite. I recommend everyone to host their party there.

I hosted my daughter’s birthday in Florence banquet..It was an awesome experience.. Everything was close to perfection.. Food was very tasty. Menu and flavours customised as per kids event. Decor for fabulous.. all in all they made my day memorable.. I will like to host more parties in future and definitely recommend it to my family and friends.

The Florence banquet is a very beautiful banquet. Staff is very good n cooperating we had our function on 12th July and we are very satisfied with the services hospitality food.Specially charu mam she is really n gem person.

If you want to spoil your event and your relationships with your relatives then only you book this banquet. It was my brother marriage and they spoiled our marriage. First of all they give you extremely poor services and then they create misunderstanding by lying about you to other relatives because you try to ask them about their bad services like why AC is not working in the hall. 1. Toilet services extremely poor. Filthy toilets and their floor. No toilet papers even if you ask the person who is taking care of that toilet. Why the person is their in toilet if toilet is not clean and they can’t give you clean toilet? 2. AC was not working. The day was 20th April. Anybody would know how hot is the day. And then they lied that our AC system got short circuits. And later on when all guests have been gone. Few people stayed in the hall for phere ceremony, AC started working again. 3. They created misunderstanding between relatives by lying that one relative had hit the manager. 4. Food during phere ceremonies was literally yuk. They don’t even know how to make maggi. 5. Valet parking not good. 6. Flower garlands were not fresh. 7. Entrance when barat entered was dirty. Don’t book the place even if they give you cheapest prices.
