The hall was decent in size and well arranged, service was smooth and our event went without any major issues.

The banquet was modern and chic, perfect for a stylish function. Arrangements were managed well, also the food was very tasty.

I hosted my wedding at The Grand Aura and really loved the services over their,also the staff team was really helpful throughout.

Terrible Experience – AC Not Working During Wedding, Poor Management We recently hosted a wedding ceremony at this hotel, and the experience was extremely disappointing. Although they claim to provide air-conditioned rooms and banquet hall, the ACs were not working at all — neither in the rooms nor in the banquet hall. Guests were sweating and uncomfortable throughout the function, which was embarrassing and distressing, especially during such an important occasion. To make things worse, their manager, Hanif, was completely unhelpful. Despite repeated complaints, he made no effort to get the issue fixed and showed no sense of urgency or responsibility. Would strongly not recommend this place for weddings or any event. If they can't ensure basic comfort like working air conditioning, they shouldn't be in the hospitality business.
