My family and I had the worst experience with the staff at the Jewels during my engagement and wedding events on Jan 30 and Feb 1, 2026. Undoubtedly, the property is beautiful and we booked the venue eight months in advance (back in June 2025). Everything was fine up until Jan 24 and the payments were made as agreed upon with the manager with only 20k INR remaining that was supposed to be paid after the events were over (I won't name the person to protect their identity). But to our dismay, on the day of the engagement (Jan 30), the manager in charge and the waitstaff were wandering around our guests asking for tips. We pointed this out repeatedly but nothing deterred them. We made an official complaint the next day with the head manager who has been overlooking our booking and they assured us that they will make amends before the next event. Fast forward to the day of the wedding (Feb 1, 2026), the manager who had earlier asked to settle the balance payment of just 20k after the wedding, started demanding for money. She threatened my dad to make the complete payment otherwise she won’t let the function begin. The serving staff and the valet staff was rude to our guests and they shamelessly kept asking for tips from our guests throughout the event. Shockingly, they started cleaning the venue while our guests were just beginning to have lunch and rudely dismissed them. They still haven’t given us our GST bill after repeated requests. It was an utter embarrassment for my entire family and they marred my wedding day with their incompetent and insubordinate behaviour. I am sharing my experience here so that no one else has to ever go through this. They will lure you at first with their politeness and then harass you. It’s been a hell of a nightmare.

We had our sister wedding at this venue. Their decoration was top notch and the food was very delecious .staff was very professional and hats off to their management they were very helpful.

6 मार्च 2025 को शादी का फंक्शन किया था बहुत ही हेल्पफुल और मेहमान नवाजी हाल भी बहुत बढ़िया सुंदर क्रोकरी और खाना तो ऐसा की जिसने भी खाया तारीफ करें बिना नहीं रहा . गुड़गांव में बहुत ही अच्छी जगह कोई भी इवेंट करने के लिए. मैनेजमेंट से गुजारिश है कि इसी तरह की सर्विस और खाने की क्वालिटी भी बरकरार रखें.

We had our wedding reception at the venue. The venue was stellar, the staff was very professional and helpful. The best part, the food, finger licking and soul soothing. Had a blast! Must try!

Lovely wedding lawn! Excellent location for gatherings, with separate secure spaces for the groom and bride. Separate area for food and appetisers. It stands out because of the decoration!
