Your professionalism, coupled with your gentle and accommodating nature, was instrumental in overcoming the initial challenges we faced during the check-in phase. From venue planning to menu finalization and beyond, you were a constant pillar of strength. Your ability to bring the team together and manage everything so seamlessly was commendable. We would also like to express our heartfelt gratitude to the chefs and catering team for the exceptional food served during our wedding and related functions at Jamavar and Zen. The guests, as well as Tiago and I, are still raving about the delicious dishes. Please convey our appreciation to the head chefs and their teams for the effort and passion they poured into every dish, including the wedding Hi-Tea & lunch, the pre-dinner at Jamavar on September 12th, the post-dinner at Zen on September 13th and packed lunch boxes for 14th Sep. The banquet team was equally outstanding, handling last-minute alterations with grace and efficiency. A special shout-out to a few front desk staff members who stood out, including Mr. Perak, the Duty Manager, Ms. Srishti, Mr. Rajat, Mr. Raman, Mr. Rochak, and Ms. Riya , Mr Praveen, Ms Yegimia, Mr Rajiv, Mr Anish, Mr Sheron (apologies if we’ve missed any names). Their kindness and attentiveness were exceptional—not only towards our guests but also towards Tiago and me during moments when we were visibly exhausted from managing various tasks. Thoughtful gestures, such as offering us tea or juice, truly touched our hearts and left a lasting impression. The staff at Citrus were exceptional, ensuring our family was well cared for during breakfast and other meals. A special mention goes to the teams at Jamavar and Zen for their gracious service and attention during the pre- and post-dinner events on September 12th and 13th.However, we were disappointed with the behavior of the Jamavar Manager on September 14th, when we requested an intimate family dinner. His lack of cooperation and rude attitude was unfortunate and did not align with the otherwise exceptional hospitality we experienced. We raised this concern with the front desk team at the time. Overall, we were very pleased with the warmth, professionalism, and dedication displayed by Team Leela. Thank you once again for creating such a memorable experience for us and our loved ones. Thank you very much for helping us have such a seamless, top class experience. All the little details made a huge difference and our guests were mighty impressed. And many said how they would love to replicate it for their own daughters! Also, a very very big 'Thank You' to the Chef. Every dish was perfect and enjoyed to the hilt. His suggestions like the chaat counter-which I thought was surplus-was so well enjoyed! I'm glad we took his experienced suggestions. The main course was superb. The starters and desserts- people are talking about it continuously. Each one became a talking point and guests will remember this meal for a long, long time. The service staff too was excellent- efficient, attentive and smiling. Much appreciated. So all in all, a great experience. Worth every paisa we spent.

I wanted to take a moment & thank the entire ‘Leela’ team for making the IBM dinner on 20th Sept, very memorable experience for all of us. Thank you and your team for the impressive service provided on 20th Dec at the Maharaja ballroom. The food was excellent, and our guests enjoyed it all. Every item on the menu was Relished. The non veg biryani and Laal maas in particular were a favourite of many. The desserts were appreciated a great deal too. Please do convey the compliments to the chefs. The guests were well looked after by the service staff through the evening. Duty manager Sachin was very attentive. You too, have been extremely helpful and cooperative all through the planning stage. It was great working with you, Vedika. In all everyone enjoyed the evening thoroughly and it was a great start to the wedding celebrations. Thank you once again for making it a memorable celebration for us.

With deepest gratitude & appreciation we are thankful for Leela Palace's exceptional hospitality, commitment, attention to detail and warm service for the wedding celebration of our son Rohan to Bhakti last week-end. This was a lifelong memorable experience for the young couple, close family, dear friends and ourselves. Thank you. We would like to call our a few hotel associates that made this event spectacular: · Umesh has been a pillar of strength, always reachable, instilled a sense of trust and gave practical suggestions ("you must do the Baarat from the Maharaja Ballroom wing", "for your guests, let's upgrade the wine list", "don't worry about the rains" ...) This entire event was successful due to Umesh's leadership and confidence. · Chef Simranji pulled all the stops, every meal was unique and broke many conventional barriers. We "broke broke bread" together as an ancient tradition, a loaf of homegrown sourdough with Simranji, Chef Gopi and his team - thus the culinary journey started: o The Leventine dinner at the cocktail night at GBR was a first time super successful attempt at Turkish flatbreads from an Ooni oven, sourced from Mumbai. o The traditional Gujarati wedding lunch broke records in quality, variety and authentic flavors (Chefs from Leela Gandhinagar working in collaboration with your teams), and pleasing demanding guests from Mumbai & Ahmedabad! o Reception dinner with a Pahadi theme was an exceptional hit with unique local dishes, ingredients sourced from the region (Himalayan garlic, pahadi potatoes, local brown rice, et al), every counter special in it's own way. The "Pahadi - Swala" station as a symbolic settling down for the new couple's life together came right from the heart. We were touched. · Rohit and his banquet team executed flawlessly, always present, attending to each and every detail, no request was too small or too big (we debated on diameter of lunch plates - so guests can have the perfect plating of the Gujarati lunch experience!); and, giving us immense confidence throughout ("...just leave everything to me - sir, please enjoy your special event...". Execution finesse and precision in action. · Ritu on the rooms allocation & service was a delight to work with, meeting all the requests (and sometimes demands) of us and our guests. Every guest had an elevated experience and a most comfortable stay. We would be remiss if we did not call Satya and Shubham, the ever-smiling butlers for Abha & I and Rohan respectively - we are so grateful for their services (from fixing Rohan's bow-tie just so, to getting soaking salts for Abha's tired feet, lemon/honey for my throat...), we are humbled for how they have cared for us. · Priyanshu, my "go-to" Leela guy, attending to every request, fielding calls/visits from both parties, managing a wide variety of vendors and through trying times, always keeping an even keel, affable and presenting a professional demeanor keeping top level Leela standards. · Joy, the mixologist working together to create new cocktail recipes that included ideas from the couple along with his expertise. · We are certain there is a large back-end team supporting us throughout the celebrations - thank you and much appreciated. came here to attend a wedding. Simply put, the personnel is really kind and the venue is lovely. A security guard greets us, opens your car door, and leads you to the location. The staff was incredibly welcoming and always smiling, which left me feeling quite impressed. It resembles a Rajasthani castle exactly!

They were highly professional with everything. We had a blast hosting our wedding there. Everything was perfect. The venue accommodated 450 guests , food was excellent aswell. We had our Sangeeth event Somewer else , Nora Fatehi & meet bro’s wer invited for Sangeeth. Dj chetas & nachshaala had come for two other events which took place in leela palace.
