However, our experience revealed significant drawbacks. If you are planning a wedding here, please visit before booking as the pictures are very misleading, and it is not a luxury property. The venue's upkeep was notably poor, evidenced by leaking showers, stained towels, and broken A/Cs. There was construction on the property that detracted from the natural beauty with orange construction fences, and added dust. Furthermore, to enter venue, you go through a small village and a very bumpy road. Touchwood doesn’t own this land, so I can’t fault them for that. However, it reduces the appeal of the property. The entrance is covered in advertisements of Touchwood’s wedding services, which cemented that the venue does not cater to luxury weddings. The management team at Touchwood Bliss proved to be more of a hindrance than a help. They frequently imposed their own ideas without adequate consultation with the bride and groom, undermining our vision for the wedding. The professionalism of the venue's staff was also lacking. Events frequently ran behind schedule, causing unnecessary stress and confusion. Despite advertising a five-star experience, Touchwood Bliss delivered more of a three-star service, requiring additional spending to achieve the levels the luxury promised in their packages. On a positive note, the food served at our wedding was a highlight. It was well-prepared and received positive feedback from our guests. Additionally, Touchwood Bliss did handle the contracting of vendors effectively. The mosquito fumigation was very effective as no one complained of mosquito bites. In hindsight, without the diligent efforts of our personal wedding planning team, our experience at Touchwood Bliss would likely have been chaotic and disorganized. The venue has potential due to its natural beauty, but significant improvements in management, communication, and maintenance are necessary to fulfill its promises of a truly exceptional wedding experience.

Beautiful venue. The weather was perfect for an outdoor wedding. No mosquitos or bugs. Short walk to everything yet nothing seemed crowded. There was plenty of places to go and sit while waiting for the couple to finish taking pictures. The sound was great in the reception area.

I can very well agree to the fact that this place has a scenic beauty to it, but everything else turned my wedding into a big horror show. The absolute unprofessionalism from the complete staff and the rude behaviour of the 2 managers with their ‘holier than thou’ attitude (namely Mr. Sachin and Mr. Sumit) completely ruined my big day. I still can’t sleep at night, reliving those 2 days where the grooms family was ill treated, denied food and they eventually ended up leaving the wedding on day 1 which has ruined years long relationships. The efforts that we had put in this, planning every minute detail was all in vain because nobody cared to even glance at what had been requested. Trust me on this, the bride and the groom are least of their priorities. The utter mismanagement and imprudent behaviour has cost me my wedding. They do claim that the guests gave positive reviews and that they have won awards but who are we kidding this is just a marketing stunt with the hon. Minister’s video being used as a publicity stunt to attract more crowd. They will make all sorts of promises to you and fail miserably in delivering them. Last week I passed by the venue and the anxiety that creeped in just by looking at it was uncontrollable. They did not just ruin my Big day but my memories associated with a happy wedding for years to come. Both the families have suffered unimaginable losses and they cannot possibly compensate for the mental and emotional damage done. This is an amazing place for a Wedding. Staff was great and very quick to respond. The price is very affordable, but the location and view seems like it should be worth a lot more. The photo opportunities are plentiful to get amazing shots with a lot of different backgrounds. Memories for a lifetime We had a 100 people wedding at Touchwood Bliss on 11 June 2022. It was the best decision that we could possibly make. The food was outstanding, the decor was on point and the staff was incredibly well trained and hospitable. They were on their toes throughout the 56 hours our guests were at the property. The team led by Kapil Surana ji made it a blissful event. Sumit and Jidnyasa were of great help. Rahul, Pallavi, Tanvi, Jayesh and everyone from the team took it upon themselves to ensure we have splendid experience. We highly highly recommend the property and promise to keep coming back.
