Destination Wedding Background: We got married at Traavista Aravali Mahal between Dec 2024.We had booked the full resort to conduct all our events and house all our guests (~150 people). Management & Staff: The management team had been a gem to work with from the beginning! They were honest, transparent, responsive and communicative. They answered all our questions patiently and followed up with us if they had not received required information from us to ensure smooth sailing during the wedding. They didn’t make any false promises in the beginning just to book us. They are well aware of their capabilities and shared it with us clearly from the get-go. They kept their promises and were consistent from the time we were considering them till the time our last guest checked-out of the hotel after our wedding. All layers of hotel management knew our requirements and they were all on the same page about everything we had discussed or needed. They were easy to work with and it made our three day wedding stress-free. The staff is very hospitable, welcoming, and helpful. They are capable of handling a large group of people while maintaining cleanliness of the rooms & the hotel premises too. They are knowledgeable about various activities in Udaipur and helped our guests with any tour requests as needed. Food: The food was delicious and to die for!! Our events had 9+ meals organized throughout various locations in the hotel and the quality of the food never faltered. During the planning phase, they gave us a lot of menu options and were willing to work with us to include items suggested by us. The Food & Beverage Manager and the Chef worked closely with us to understand our palette and made sure that the taste level (oil & spice) matched our needs. They checked-in on us to make sure that they were successful. The whole staff made sure that we were all fed heartily throughout the wedding. Location: Amazing location for destination weddings!! The hotel is on the outskirts of Udaipur with stunning views from the rooms of aravali hill & Udaisagar lake View. The privacy is one of its best qualities. It is not too far from the city, airport, or train station. Every space on the premises was used for events and offered a great photo-op. We finalized this resort during our first visit only. A special thanks to Mr. Abhinav Paneri (Resort’s owner) for taking out his time and walking us through every detailed plans on wedding and he helped us out to make it successful. He always has variety of plans on his tips and he is an expert in executing it. Now coming to the hospitality part, I will say that It's the Best!!! Such welcoming and helpful staff, I will mention out the manager’s brilliant team held on-ground operations fort in wedding. There had been no point of dispute in organizing the wedding, Everything was well planned and executed by them. If I talk about food, Head Chef being the master chef made fabulous food. All guests in wedding still talk about the amazing food we had there. Overall if anyone is looking for a destination wedding, I would really suggest to go Traavista Aravali Mahal. The resort is planned keeping in mind all the requirements for a wedding. The venue is not the only positives about this place, but it’s the people who make this wedding special for you. The staff are well trained for a wedding and have a very warm attitude towards every need of a guest. The hospitality is top class and it flows from the top to the bottom of the staff. Front Desk team is very accommodative and understanding, who pays attention to details all the guests & go through smooth check-in & Check-out won’t disappoint to any guest. The food is excellent and the chef pays personal attention during the events. Head Chef is a very accommodative and understanding person, who pays attention to details. He also made sure that kids got the food customized as per their requirement. He will make sure everything happens to the best. He is there everywhere paying attention to all the arrangements. He will make sure your guests go back home most satisfied. The all seniors is also a very accommodative and positive person. He carries a smile all the time and will make sure things happen to the best. F&B Manager is there till the end of the event making sure the food and arrangement is perfect. We were searching the venue for my sister's wedding. Gone through so many properties. But the beauty of this property was unique. Property is surrounded by hills and lake, gives nice back ground for all the pictures. Abhinavji and staff are all welcoming and provided super service to all our guests. Karan Singh the chef, set all the spices according to our taste for all the events. All over the wedding came out to be a dream wedding for us.

We finalized Aravali Traavista after looking for dozens of other properties across Jaipur, Udaipur, Chandigarh and nearby areas. Once we entered this property, we got mesmerized with the inherent beauty and surrounding views of the same. I have attended the wedding last month and the arrangement was very good. The resort is the ideal place for private intimate weddings. You get the feel of Udaipur by way of mountains, having the partial view of lake along with the heritage feel of the resort. The food is so delicious that everyone was very happy.
