We are the first party while booking this hall.Considering freshness and new hall we were happy while booking hall .But very unfortunate what service we received during event.Food was prepared in unhygienic and unsafeconditions,food was prepared near toilet shortage of staff.Hall was not cleaned afer previous event.Toilet bathrooms not cleaned. We have lodged complaint with kdmc , Triveni management,Royal plate services and also ask for compensation for bad delayed sercises.But no response from all During booking rate was given 650/plate .But during payments they took 750/plate .They did not bother to inform us,as they taken granted. During haldi event tava pulav was given with morning rice. Rent was paid for 8 hrs 7.30 am to 3.30 pm.But they were cleaning hall till 11.30 am.(That also after our rigorous follow up) Very poor management.No ethics and professional view.Files and videos are available with me

Very fresh, The ambiance is very good and meticulous services. Super Taste and reasonable pricing.
