Absolutely HORRIBLE experience at Udayam Mahal! I would highly advise everyone to AVOID this place at all costs. From the moment we stepped in, it was clear that this venue is nothing but a MONEY-GRABBING SCAM. The manager and owner are extremely RUDE and have the worst possible manners. It's all about INDIRECT CHARGES for everything, and they don't hesitate to ask for more money at every opportunity. They try to CHEAT people in every way they can. The parking situation is ridiculous. There’s NO PARKING space at the venue itself, so you have to park on the road, and to top it off, you still have to pay for that parking! The facilities are outdated—the ACs are ancient, the lights are from decades ago, and the entire hall has a tired, old feel. If you need any design services, expect to be overcharged, as they’ll cheat you out of extra money without hesitation. To make matters worse, there’s NO PROPER BILLING for any payments made, which makes it feel like a shady operation. The whole experience was just appalling. THIRD-RATE HALL, shady business practices, and an attitude problem that made it even worse. I wouldn’t recommend Udayam Mahal to my worst enemy. Stay far away from this place if you value your money and your sanity.
