**Unethical Management & Poor Customer Service – Avoid at All Costs!** We booked **Utsava Halls** for our parents’ 60th wedding anniversary on May 10th. While the venue itself was decent for its price, our experience with the management was an absolute nightmare. We paid ₹6,000 as a caution deposit and hired outside caterers who were not listed by the hall. Everything went smoothly on the day of the occasion until we were informed of a **damage** to the hall premises. The **watchman**, despite repeated inquiries from our caterers, insisted that the catering truck be brought inside the premises instead of parking it on the road. As a result, the truck caused a **minor** damage to a wall. Instead of assessing the situation fairly, the hall management **withheld our entire ₹6,000 caution deposit**, despite the fact that neither we nor the caterers were at fault. The **damage was caused by their watchman’s poor judgment**, yet we were made responsible for it. In an attempt to resolve the issue, we **brought our own painter** who estimated the repair cost to be **just ₹1,500**, yet the management outright refused our solution. They asked us to **purchase a specific paint sample** but later denied it matched, further dragging the process unnecessarily. Despite our willingness to **compensate for the damage**, they refused any reasonable resolution and denied us permission to fix it ourselves. This hall’s management not only **exploited** our trust but also **ruined the joy** of our celebration. They forced us to go back and forth for nearly **two weeks**, completely draining our energy over an issue that could have been easily and fairly resolved. **Holding back our full deposit for such a minor issue is nothing short of extortion.** This unethical, unprofessional, and outright unfair behavior has left us deeply frustrated. **If you want a stress-free, memorable celebration, avoid Utsava Halls at all costs!**

Great location for small events. This is where our function was set up. The owner of the hall and the staff provided excellent support. It is also suitable for photographs because of its antique-themed construction.The catering was excellent, offering the best options, taste, and service. For any event with fewer than 200 guests, I heartily recommend this location

What a mesmerising venue it was. i was very sure in my head that i have do my function here. the facilities here very nice.they keep the hall very clean. they did an amazing job for my day.
