Vardaan Grand At Gymkhana Club II

DON’T SPOIL YOUR BIG DAY! Extremely disappointing experience at Vardaan Grand Gymkhana Club during my brother’s wedding. From the very first meeting, Mr. Nitin Arora assured us that proper coordination would be maintained and that WhatsApp groups would be created at least one month before the event so that everything could be planned smoothly. However, there was almost no coordination from their side, and the group was only created just one week before the wedding after repeated follow-ups from us. Mr. Nitin Arora also assured us that he would personally coordinate the event, but he was not present during the function at all. Throughout the event we had to keep reminding the staff for basic things. During the phere ceremony, the AC near the vedi area was not working initially despite multiple requests. When it was finally turned on, it was set to full blast with no temperature control, first everyone was sitting in extreme heat and then suddenly it became uncomfortably cold. At the same time, the hall AC was turned off which led to a lot of mosquitoes in the hall. There were also several arrangements that were clearly written and confirmed but were not delivered. Waffles that were mentioned in our booking were not provided at all. Even in our last meeting before the event, we showed the waffle reference photo again because Mr. Nitin Arora seemed unsure despite writing it during booking, but there were still no waffles at the event. The “Hosted By” standee issue also occurred, we were told that we had not sent the invite, even though we were never once asked to share it. The food was good, but the service by the waiters and the overall event management was very poor. All the décor arrangements were finalized with Mr. Sonu and Mr. Tanuj Bhatia (Event Head) after they showed us samples and assured us that the same setups would be executed. However, what was delivered was completely different. Fog and flower shower during varmala, flower and candle entrance, and mirror aisle with real and artificial flowers were confirmed but not delivered as promised. The entrance had no candles at all, even though the photo shared by Ms. Rashi clearly mentions candles in the very first point. The mirror aisle was extremely poorly done and all the flowers were artificial. The flower shower was very unprofessional, with staff picking petals from the ground and putting them into the machine, and even then the petals were not properly falling on the bride and groom. The fog machine meant for the varmala stage was incorrectly used during the bride entry. The most disappointing part is that we were charged almost double the price for these arrangements with the justification that outside vendors were not allowed because it could harm the banquet’s reputation if something went wrong. Despite paying such a high amount to their in-house team under the supervision of Mr. Tanuj Bhatia, the execution was extremely poor and nowhere close to what was promised. The mismanagement during such an important family occasion also caused us significant embarrassment in front of our guests. Overall, it honestly feels like we clearly wasted our money. Based on this extremely disappointing experience, we would not recommend anyone to spoil their big day here and would especially advise people to avoid planning or coordinating any event under Mr. Tanuj Bhatia. 9582222002

The banquet provides hassle free parking,very pretty interiors and tasty food.Our experience was indeed 5 star!

We recently hosted a function at Vardaan Grand Hall, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Ive attended many events in faridabad. Finally I can say there's a perfect venue which I found for my sister's wedding named vardaan grand at gym khana . 5 star to everything . Good service request u to keep it up and plz maintain the same .

Worst experience ever food was tasteless very less variety and on entry of barat some items were served but before that it was hidden from guests no syncration between staff don't waste your hard earned money on this banquet staff was so blank on asking anything
