I recently stayed at Woodhill Resort for 3 nights, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing and far below expectations. To begin with, despite having already paid 50% of the booking amount a week in advance, the first thing the reception staff asked upon arrival was for the remaining payment. This felt unprofessional and set a negative tone right from the start. There was no bellboy available to assist with luggage, which was inconvenient, especially after a long journey. When we finally entered the room, it was not properly prepared and appeared messy, which is unacceptable for any guest check-in. We had specifically booked a suite room expecting a comfortable and premium experience, but what we received was completely the opposite—poor upkeep and a lack of basic hospitality standards. The food was another major disappointment. The menu options were very limited, and the quality of the food served was below average. Additionally, there seemed to be no proper housekeeping service. Shockingly, most of the responsibilities—including food service, cleaning, and maintenance—were being handled by just one person, which clearly reflects poor management and inadequate staffing. Considering the high accommodation cost, the services provided are nowhere close to being worth the price. The overall experience was frustrating and not value for money. Basic amenities were disrupted like water pressure problem, cable dish problem, slow wi-fi issues and the list goes on. I would strongly advise travelers to reconsider before booking this property. It is certainly not recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed stay.

Hotel has picturesque view , ambience very pleasing , staff humble n courteous, excellent food quality and rates are very competitive . Owner is very humble , professional n provides value for the money spent.
