Pathetic venue and management here, we booked it for my sangeet event on the confirmation of Mr Kundu that the place would be cleaned and the broken sofas would be fixed but when I came three days before the event the 2nd floor banquet was in pathetic condition, it was smelly, the velvet blue chairs had yogurt and chutney spilled all over, the stage was broken and moreover the sofas were torn and damaged. When we asked to repair they didn’t agree and refused. They didn’t even allow us to bring our decorator and were forcing us to take their decorator who was charging 2 times the price of the venue we booked. This was really bad experience, unfortunately we had to abandon our 20,000 and book a different banquet hall last minute. My parents were really upset and disappointed by the way Mr Kundu spoke. Moreover the whole staff is useless. I am so glad we didn’t book this else they would have disappointed in the actual function. Please don’t waste your money on this hall and book other places

We had our mehendi and Mata ki chowki here and we are so glad we chose this as our venue. The services and management are really good. They did everything to make our wedding the best. Loved it. Definitely recommend it to others.
