Pathetic venue and management here, we booked it for my sangeet event on the confirmation of Mr Kundu that the place would be cleaned and the broken sofas would be fixed but when I came three days before the event the 2nd floor banquet was in pathetic condition, it was smelly, the velvet blue chairs had yogurt and chutney spilled all over, the stage was broken and moreover the sofas were torn and damaged. When we asked to repair they didn’t agree and refused. They didn’t even allow us to bring our decorator and were forcing us to take their decorator who was charging 2 times the price of the venue we booked. This was really bad experience, unfortunately we had to abandon our 20,000 and book a different banquet hall last minute. My parents were really upset and disappointed by the way Mr Kundu spoke. Moreover the whole staff is useless. I am so glad we didn’t book this else they would have disappointed in the actual function. Please don’t waste your money on this hall and book other places

We hosted my sister's reception here. It's a great venue to host small and large gatherings. Absolutely loved the decor and the food here, it was really good. The staff and management were really supportive as well. Highly recommended.

We hosted my engagement at this venue. They have been great. They were always responsive and great at archiving all info that's been requested sent through from day one to right up until the wedding. That saves us from all the worries. It was all stress free with them due to the great detail and advice supplied by them throughout. The decoration was stunning. We fell in love with it as soon as we saw it. Food was delicious. Thanks to the whole team for pulling this off effortlessly and efficiently. Highly recommended.

Green Lounge Premium is a good place for a gathering of 400 - 500 people. The food quality and taste was also nice.

Great experience with their team. They are very helpful and cooperative. I would also like to mention that their flower decorator is also very good and very professional. Loved the overall experience!

We booked Green lounge for the wedding and our experience was smooth sailing, green lounge was quite professional and they will give you what they promised.

The Venue has good food, classy flower decoration, and helpful staff. Recommended for decent weddings.

A good venue to have a decent wedding, I would say. I liked the food very much, they had perfect placements for the counters. DJ (if they have their own) was also good. It made the wedding enjoyable. Service was also good. They also have quite a good space outside to receive the Baraat. Can't find anything missing there. Good in all!
