PATHETIC , PATHETIC , PATHETIC,its the only word to describe their service,food and staff. Dont know about their hotel service,but if you are looking for a banquet for a party or a family function,please dont look up to their so called "IMPERIAL" Party halls. Organised my Mom Dad's 25th anniversary and it was the worst experience ever at any party hall. Service is 0. The staff is not at all cooperative. There is no coordination in their own system. The way they present everything at the time of booking is totally in contrast to the services and food they offer at the time of the program. Only false promises are made at the time of booking. The staff acts really smart of them especially SHRIPAL,THIS GUY WILL TALK TO YOU SO SWEETLY AT THE TIME OF BOOKING AND ONCE THE PAYMENT IS MADE ON THE PARTY DAY,YOU WILL BE UP AGAINST A TOTALLY DIFFERENT PERSON. The food quality especially non veg is pathetic.They make you happy with all the good food at the time of booking but totally opposite low quality food is served on actual day. Also, the soft drinks that they offer is of duplicate brands.L
