We celebrated 25th anniversary on 19 Feb 2025 function went well however want to highlight the indifferent and casual attitude of the management after function. Some of our gifts were stolen so we complained about it to the management and requested the CCTV FOOTAGE of the function. First of all it took hell lot of efforts to get the CCTV footage as we were abroad however they purposely provided the footage of empty and pitch dark hall when function was over.. When we complained to Miss Vaishnavi and Mr Atul Sharma, they were arrogant enough to say do whatever you want . At no point of time they seems concerned about the incident. 1. Food was okay 2. Washrooms are not well kept during the events. Poor cleaning and dirty wet urine filled floors especially the guest room. 3. Waiters nagging for tips at the end of event even after tipping them. 4. Decoration average. 5. DJ was promised till 1200 but he kept asking for money after 1100. Small dance floor for a large crowd 6. Much better options available near by.

We booked it for my brother’s wedding. Everything was handled smoothly and the decorations looked good.

Its a great venue to host your special day,the vibe of the property is truly amazing and the services are just fab.

Worst vendor very poor service and management… being a bride I kept on fighting with their staff due to pathetic behaviour and management … flies were all over the food and the taste was very bland or tasteless … they stole the petrol from our cars … pathetic and worst banquet in Mayapuri.

The venue was good and the food was very tasty. There was an issue regarding the cleanliness of the brid's room.

The banquet hall is really beautiful, food and hospitality were great too.. very cooperative management. Kudos !

I went to a function yesterday; the food was poor, but the decorations were nice. Staff is less cooperative and ignores stuff even after repeated reminders. Food quality must be improved and controlled for optimal utilisation. If these issues can be resolved, the location will be ideal.

Excellent location. The food and dressings are both delicious. Air conditioning was installed. Beautiful decorations. There is plenty of room for guests. Valet parking is available, however it might be difficult to obtain during wedding season. Staff that is well-behaved and well-trained.
