Horrible Experience at Three Trees | Please Read Before Booking I booked Three Trees for my engagement, and the experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. I want to share this in detail so others don’t go through the same stress on their special day. ❌ ZERO Management & No Staff Support There was no staff present to take care of even the most basic arrangements. We had to personally run around coordinating everything, which completely ruined the flow of the event. ❌ Terribly Maintained Washrooms The washrooms were in an unbearable condition— • Stinking throughout the event • Flush was not working • No cleaning staff ever came despite multiple reminders This is unacceptable for any venue, especially one hosting functions. ❌ Owner’s Attitude – Completely Unbothered The owner was not at all concerned about the issues we raised. When I informed him about the washrooms and lack of support, he simply said “yaa” and gave no response or action. It was clear that he already knew about these problems and had no intention of fixing them. ❌ Faulty Sound System The speaker they provided didn’t work at all. Even after informing them, nobody bothered to repair or replace it. We had to manage without proper audio for important moments. ❌ Unnecessary Charges They were charging for things they couldn’t even manage or provide properly. There was no transparency, no professionalism, and no accountability. ⸻ ⚠️ Overall Summary Three Trees completely failed in cleanliness, maintenance, staff support, and basic hospitality. On a day as important as an engagement, we expected at least the minimum standards of a venue. Instead, it turned into a stressful and unpleasant experience. I would strongly advise others to avoid this venue unless the management takes serious action to improve their facilities and attitude.

Great option for hosting a gathering of around 100 pax comfortably. All the decorations make it a perfect place for hosting. Food is great and so is the hospitality of the staff
